School Times – Gr R - 2:
Monday to Friday: 7:45 – 14:00 Aftercare: 14:00 – 18:00
It is of utmost importance that your child/ren are at school on time. Please also ensure to collect your child/ren on time in the afternoon.

All learners should be in full Summer uniform. Boys – shorts and short sleeve shirts. Girls – skirts and short sleeve shirts. Grade 1’s to wear PE clothes to school on Mondays and Wednesdays only, and Grade 2’s on Mondays and Fridays only.

Thank you to all our learners that have done a wonderful job with the concert. A lot of hard work has gone into the preparations. We would also like to thank all the staff for their hard work before and on the day of the concert. Lastly, thank you to our parents who came to support their children and the school on the day.

Concert photos:
Money for concert photos to be sent back to school by no later than 7 November. There will be no exceptions.

Grade 1 and 2 parents’ meeting:
We would like to ask all current Grade 1 and 2 parents to please attend the meeting on 20 November at 18:00 to be part of what is happening in 2020 at Benjamin Prep.

We have decided to cancel all Term 4 outings for the Grade R – 2 learners as we are having our Christmas Party with the learners which parents already need to pay for.

Christmas Party:
Our annual Christmas party will be on the 4th of December. The cost for the party is R150, 00 which will include lunch for the learners, sweets and jumping castles. Learners will also wear civvies on the day at no extra cost.

School Holiday:
Grade 1 and 2 learners will break up for the December holidays on the 4th of December at 12:00 and schools will re-open on the 16th of January 2020. Reports will also be handed to the learners on the 4th of December. Please ensure all school fees are paid up to date for you to receive your child’s report.
