Dear parents

We are on the downhill side of the year, with a lot happening before we can call it a year.

School Uniform:

All learners should be in full Summer uniform, with no excuses about not wearing the correct uniform.

School Times – 2019:

School Times 2019 – 7:45 – 14:00, Mondays to Fridays.

Our next outing, as well as the last one for the year will be on the 2nd of November. The learners will go to the Art Farm. The cost of the outing is R130, 00. More details will be given closer to the time. We do appeal to all our parents to please read the information regarding the outings. As some of our outings are far and we need to travel through peak time traffic to arrive on time, we do ask parents to make sure their children are at school on the given time. We had to wait for learners during the last two outings, which made us arrive very late for the guided tour. Please adhere to these times, as we need to keep our school’s name high and have others respect us for always being prompt.

Picnic in the ‘park’:

All Grade 1 learners and their parents are invited to a picnic in the ‘park’ @ Benjamin Prep. We will celebrate our Grade one learners and all their achievements through out the year, as well as our parents that have been supportive of them and the staff at Benjamin Prep. The date to remember is Tuesday, 11 December, 18:00. Picnic baskets will be available to buy (pre-order) or you may bring your own – please no alcohol. More details will be given closer to the Picnic date.

Stationery fees 2019:

Please see below the stationery fees for 2019. All stationery, Jotters and Text Books are included for your child/children for the year, except a school bag which will be for your own account. The stationery fees should be paid by 14 December 2018.

Grade 1 – R1 260, 00
Grade 2 – R1 160, 00
